How do I import territory data?

You can import territory data using CSV files. We provide templates that you can download and fill in with your territory information, including metrics, owners, and status. Once prepared, you can upload the CSV file through the management interface.

Can I customize the public map?

Yes! You can customize your public map with your logo, brand colors, custom copy, and more. There are 40+ customization points available through the configuration interface.

How does the revenue calculator work?

The revenue calculator uses your configured pricing rules and metrics to estimate potential revenue for selected territories. It's available on the public map when enabled in your plan.

What data formats do you support?

We support CSV files for territory data and KML files for geographic boundaries. You can import hundreds or thousands of territories at once.

How do I add users to my account?

Admin users can invite additional users through the management interface. Invited users will receive an email with instructions to create their account.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, you can use a custom domain (e.g., map.yourcompany.com) or a branded subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.boundaryiq.com). We'll guide you through the DNS configuration process.
